I’ve read so many great articles on how to get great deals on fashion, but they all have one problem. The problem is that you have to spend enormous amounts of time trying to get these deals. I once read a piece that suggested I go to consignment stores every seven days until I’ve found the item I need. Imagine how much time I’ll waste if the item never shows up in the store? Should a person waste an hour every week for a full year in an attempt to save ten or twenty dollars?

Another article I read wanted me to look through the newspapers and magazines for upcoming sales each week. This is a pretty good way to get deals, but it forces me to consistently check through magazines and papers. Not to mention the money I have to spend buying these papers every week.

It occurred to me some time ago that time and money are essentially the same thing. Every time I waste time searching for bargains, I lose valuable income producing time. Rather than spend three hours looking for a deal that may never come, I’d rather just work an extra hour and pay full price for the new pair of pants I want to buy.

For the reasons listed above, I stopped looking for deals for awhile, that is until recently. A few months ago I stumbled upon a womens flash sale web sites that gave me a smart idea for saving money online. Flash sites are amazing because they give you instant access to great deals. You’ll find this to be especially true with brand new clothing designers. New brands will typically put out some really impressive deals on flash sites to gain brand recognition.

Unfortunately, you have to access these sites in order to see the deals and they can come and go in an instant. For this reason, I decided to come up with a method for saving that doesn’t make me keep my eyes glued to my computer.

I decided to go ahead and take my super saver shopping mobile. What I mean is that I am using my mobile device to access these deals. I’ve signed up to a few of the big best retail blog mailing lists so that I’ll instantly get emailed when deals that I might be interested in are posted up. I’ll get an email and my phone will alert me of the email. I can then instantly check my emails on my phone to see what the latest deal is. If I’m interested in the deal, I don’t even have to go to the store. I can simply go to the store on my mobile device and make my purchase.

This new method of shopping for fashion deals has saved me tons of money and has allowed me to wear all of the latest fashions without going broke. If you are a fashionista like me, I highly recommend that you do the exact same thing that I’m doing. You’ll look good, save money, and you’ll have more time in your day.
