How can I submit my new handbag line for inclusion in already existing catalogs?

I have a line of handbags that are a bit upscale ($50-$100 each) and are hand-embellished with exquisite trimmings. I would like to somehow sell them through an already existing sales channel like a catalog. How do I submit my line for inclusion? Other unique sales ideas are welcome as well! Thanks.

You need to pitch your hand bags to the publisher of the of the catalog. First you need a good sales pitch, a catch phrase or the name of your bags or company name. Then you will need a detailed description of your bags along with pictures. After you have that, write to the company to inform them that you would like to pitch your bags. A well written business letter can be all the pitch you need. When written properly, it will be what gets your foot in the door. It will show them you are an intelligent business woman with a good head on her shoulders.
